Customer Support

We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

As part of our policy, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are delivered in perfect condition as per your order specifications. However, we recognize that errors can occur, and we are prepared to address any issues that may arise.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed orders are non-cancellable. Modifications allowed within 12 hours before shipping, with products of equal or higher value.

You may also cancel the orders from “My Orders” page on website.

Exchange Policy

For damaged/defective/incorrect products, contact customer service via email at support@csglassworks.com within 24 hours of delivery.

If you receive a broken or non-working product, please share an unboxing video of the article with us. This video will help us raise concerns with the correct logistics partner.

Any issues with the product must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for a 100% product replacement for FREE of cost.

If the issue is reported within a 2 post-delivery, a 15% charge of the order value will be applied, and a replacement will be provided.

Product issues reported after one week from delivery will not be entertained for replacement.

Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained.

Upon receiving your complaint, CS Glassworks will verify its authenticity and nature. If deemed genuine, we will promptly initiate the replacement process.

The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by CS Glass Works in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.

At CS Glass Works, we stand by the quality of our products. Should you need to make a return, we offer a hassle-free policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Policy:

    • Small variations in product size (within 1/2 of an inch of product description) do NOT constitute as damage or defective and will not be eligible for return claim.
    • Slight imperfections in glass or wood products (such as dimples, bubbles, or variations in glass or wood thickness) do NOT constitute as damage or defective and will not be eligible for return claim.
    • Eligibility of an order’s damage claim is ultimately determined by CS Glassworks Returns and Damages Dept. team after review.

    • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • Please ensure that returned items are in their original packaging with all accessories included.
    • Customers are responsible for transportation or courier charges when returning items to the store/warehouse location.
    • CS Glass Works conducts verification and checks on returned products for legitimacy.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days upon receiving the returned product in good condition.
  • For items returned in perfect condition, a credit note will be issued within 2 business days.
